My boyfriend gets angry at the smallest of things and starts a fight with me. I try to be patient but being a human my patience wears out too. Coming from a conservative family and society it sometime becomes difficult to meet to his demands but he does not understand. I don’t want to leave him either. What do I do?

Do one thing, take him out for coffee and over the sips of coffee tell him how you feel about his behaviour. If he truly loves and cares for you then he will surely understand. But if it doesn’t work out then give him a dose of his own medicine and let him taste it for once. In a situation where he messes up or is in the wrong end, behave the way in which he normally behaves and let him have a look at his own gruesomeness.

I am pregnant. My boyfriend is really happy but we are really scared to tell our families. We both are adults and want to settle together?

Adult: Want to settle together: So be it.

Better Still if you do it with the consent of your family members. And get ready for some action from family members as they will not take it lightly and nor should you. Settling is not an easy thing. Be with family and get the things done rightly.

Ours is a love marriage and we have been going strong for last 4 years. Off late our relations are getting strained. It’s getting worse with every passing day. It seems that the love is nowhere to be found. I feel it will be called a day very soon. However I want to take one last shot in salvaging my marriage. What could help?

The last ditch effort trying by you to salvage your relationship is commendable. However I would advise you to seek professional relationship counselling if there is time. Do something together which you have wanted to do always and have never done it. Hopefully the uncertainty of the outcomes as in ‘how it will go’ will add to the fine tuning.  Also let loose both of you and try rediscovering the passion. Also make an understanding for just this trip that both of you will not bring the past.
