Strawberry Cheese Cake


  • 10pcs. Digestive biscuits
  • Melted butter 50gms
  • Ground sugar 1tblsp
  • Grated white chocolate 2 to 3 tblsp
  • Chenna of 2lts milk
  • ¾ cup hung curd
  • ½ lemon and some lemon rinds
  • Strawberry crush


Crush the digestive biscuits add melted butter  add some sugar. Line in cheese cake tin with biscuits pressing it well. Curdle the milk and strain. Churn chenna with 200ml fresh cream grated chocolate and 2tblsp sugar. Add vanilla essence, lemon juice and rinds. Pour over the biscuit base and allow to set in the fridge. Cover with strawberry crush and serve.

Tips: Can garnish it with Strawberries.

Spinach Wraps With Salsa Dip


  • Dough for tortillas.
  • 1/2cup atta
  • 1/2cup maida
  • 1tsp oil, pinch of salt


  • 1cup spinach washed and finely cut drain completely.
  • 1/2cup boiled potatoes
  • 1/2cup grated cheese
  • Salt and cut green chillies


Mix all the ingredients for the dough and with water make a soft dough. Keep aside. Roll small rounds and grill quickly on tawa. Preserve in muslin cloth or foil. Mix all the ings of filling. Take 1 tortilla place the filling and on half circle and fold over. Grill on tawa with little oil. Cut diagonally. Serve with salsa dip.
Salsa dip 1kg tomatoes, 10 to 12 cloves garlic, 1" pc ginger, kashmiri red chilli powder.


Slit the tomatoes. Boil in less water blanch and cut in small pieces. In oil put ginger, chopped garlic when burns add kashmiri mirch powder. Immediately put cut tomatoes. Add salt,oregano. Serve with wraps.

Tips: Can be served with sour cream.
