Chinese Bhel
Ingredients
- 200 gms fried noodles
 - 1/4 cup grated carrot
 - 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
 - 1/4 cup sliced capsicum
 - 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
 - 2 tsp vinegar
 - 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
 - 2 tsp chilli sauce
 - Salt to taste
 
Freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix throughly.
2. Serve immediately or noodles will turn soggy.
Chilli Potato
Ingredients:
- Potatoes – half kg
 - Ginger
 - Garlic
 - Green Chilli
 - Chilli Powder
 - Pepper
 - Ajinomotto
 - Corn Flour
 - Soya sauce
 - Chilli sauce
 - Vinegar
 - Tomato sauce
 
Method:
Deep fry half kg boiled potatoes and marinade for 15 minutes.
For marinate:
2tsp each of vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce. Half tsp of chilli powder, pepper, ajinomotto and 1 tsp salt, when marinated add 1tsp corn flour.
Heat 2 tsp of oil, fry 1tsp each of garlic, ginger, green chilli till crisp. Add potatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
